I came in this morning, found an amazing black leather chaise longue at a great price, then a couple witty tirades with the owners and a couple formalities later, I was on my way with the rest of my day. The chaise got delivered in excellent condition right now just 7 hours later. This place has really cool furniture of modern/artsy aesthetic, and fairly good prices for the designs. I'll definitely be going back there again very soon.
This isn't the largest West Elm location, so the store layout felt somewhat cramped at times. There were plenty of mid century modern furniture pieces and dish sets to choose from.
Love the furniture here, well constructed, priced right
A lot of what they sell here is very poorly made. Nothing in this store is quality. And buying online is worse. We've bought two things online and both our gold tray that we waited 2 and a half months for had to be returned because it was used and all scratched up. And the end table we bought was also used and scratched. All made in China of course. Anyway, beware!
Everyone here is so friendly and nice. The manager Kim is the BEST. She helped me track a lost item which I greatly appreciated. Best west elm in LA area.
