Not as messy as other Ross stores.
For one thing they do their best to keep the place tidy
Can always find a good deal!
Lines are super long to the point where it almost goes to the back of the store and only two cashiers . Being followed by security about 4 times while shopping. Parking is so small and compact where people use two parking spaces. Never come here again !
Always major checkout / return lines.
Fairly big store. Not as empty as other Roses I've been to. Bust staff but still nice and willing to help.
This opinion is based on 10+ years of experience at this store: Terribly managed or incredibly understaffed. Possibly both. Expect to wait 30 minutes to check out with 20-25 other people in line and only 2 checkers. Store is filthy and a mess. Every time I FINALLY exit I get in my car saying aloud, NEVER going back. Every 6 months I get optimistic. No. Just no.
Staff is very cordial.
