I love the guys jeans here i been buying the old navy brand for years they last forever i will always continue you to shop old navy pasadena store the store is always very neat and clean.
You can find some great deals sometimes. I also like that when you order online, I can return to the store. For the most part the workers are pretty nice and helpful but there are a couple that have an attitude.
Was mailed a wrong item. Went to xchangev in mall. Sookn as i entered store found an assciate to help me. She took my receip t and came back wuth a manager in tow to the racks where I was browsing. Ei th a scanner, manager pulled up item I shoukd have been sent but told me they did not have any in the store and to go to Hastings ranch as they had 4. Droveto hadtings ranch. Looked atounbded for 10 min for an assoc. Okn th e floorsto locate item. She tells me "if it is long sleeve, it is over there somewhere. Let me see". We both went looking through racks. 100 min later, I run innto her fokdingbitemns on shelves. I walked up to her and asked why the other store could direct me to the item and yet she couldnt. "I dont have a scanner but u can go to the front of the line at cashier and ask." I was anl ectoget a cashier with scanner. Told her that old navy sent me wrong item and i just needed to xchange for correct item. She pointed to the rack where i found the item. 45 min later, I am in line to xchange. Get up to re foster anbd sa kes person says she didntknow how to xchange item as it was not on the packaging slip. Of course not! It ssys they packed me the solid pink blouse I ordered but thgey sent az blasck a nd white stripped blouse innstead. Shge called for the manager. Thheur wa lkuetalkie was broken so they then sent a cashier to get her. 15 min later the mana her arrives and ibexcplasin again the issue. She tells me she can not masketh e exchange because the item has really not receipt and if shee did the exchange, it would throw off her inventory in the store. Are you kidding me? Says my only option is to call number on receipt and send item back for xchange. "Returns are free". Go home and I make a call to customer service. I am then told the manager could have been made at the store. It was not necessary to make as mail xchsnge. Truly incompetent people at this store! Customer service definitely lacking from the sales floor person to the manager.
