The worst car rental experience I've had by far. I had a reservation to pick up the car at 8am. When I showed up, there was one person working and 5 customers waiting in line, myself included (I was second in line). When I tried to check in, I was told that they didn't have a car in the same class as I had reserved and I would need to wait about 15 min for them to bring it from another location. The car eventually arrived around 8:45am. The exterior was roughly clean (it was obviously washed in a hurry) but the interior of the car was dirty and definitely not cleaned. A couple other customers had the same problem as they had made a reservation only to be told to wait for a car to arrive from another location.
A truly great car rental place. Andrew is super professional and nice! I highly recommend renting from him.

I went with Budget because they were open every day even during Memorial Day weekend. I had a very good experience with the car and the staff who were very nice. Thanks Budget!
Also the address they give on their website and the confirmation email is wrong. They apparently moved a block from that address but didn't think it was necessary to update or notify customers of the change of address.
