A week or two after the coolant light came on again. No matter how much coolant I put in the car the coolant light still came on. It was not leaking coolant. I finally get in to another mechanic I know in Pasadena and he tells me that there is a major issue with engine (head gasket) that would cost any where from 3 to 5k to repair and I am better off selling the car. I let Sal know this at a time when I was maybe 2 or 3 days outside his 30 day warranty and I got no response. Now I am stuck making payments on a car I cannot drive.
I have been checking out the selections from this Outlet for a number of years. I finally found the vehicle that absolutely met my standards. My mechanic went through the vehicle and gave it and me a thumbs up. After considerable negotiation with Ken, we were able to agree upon a price. I have to say that it was an incredibly smooth transaction!
Ken is so kind and friendly. I am not a skillful driver and made 2 traffics. One is in mid-night on high way, and I made a call to Ken, he answered me immediately, in 2 a.m! The other time I don't know how to run the car, Ken comes to my home and teach me how to run it, without hesitation.
Ken is so kind and trustful, it is a long-time dealer shop and the best choice to buy European cars.
We drove over 200 miles to get a great car with a fair price from great people!!
Moreover, all items that we agreed upon were promptly furnished. Ken even managed to have the car delivered to my home. That is true customer service.

I am in a bind now. Back in February I bought a 2006 BMW X-5 from Sal. I'd previously helped my partner by a Mini Cooper from Sal in 2014 which has performed well for the most part. The day after taking the BMW off of the light, the coolant light came on. I called Sal and he told me to bring the car back in. Once his person on lot made an assessment they referred me to Sal's guy in Burbank at Empower. The issue was diagnosed as a problem with the Thermostat. Empower did the repair. The 30 day warranty I got from Sal did not cover the thermostat according to him, but Sal covered most the repair (which was around 300) and asked me to pay 100. Great.

I had previously given Sal a great review but this has been a very bad situation that I still have to figure out how to resolve. EDITED TO ADD: There was miscommunication and Sal never received my email. I am working with them to resolve the issue
