Now I have to pay $45 for this fraud

I’ve only had good experiences here, but my most recent one was so good that I’m finally writing a review. I’ve taken maintenance classes, bought a bike which I love & shopped for parts & add-ons. This time I was looking for women’s-specific bike shorts for wearing under other shorts or skirts, and Lauren helped me. She had personal experience with many of the products and was very educated about the ones she hadn’t tried herself, she obviously does her research. She is was helpful and patient about my questions and dressing room time, no pressure to buy. I’ll be continuing to shop here & to ask her for help- everyone here is great but she’s my go-to!

Very good shop. With great deals and steals during the holidays. The shop doesn't look as cool. But that keeps prices down. And they just don't have my makes and models.

Repairman broke 2 spokes while replacing a flat and flat out denies any possibility of that happening .

No customer service, poor inventory and over priced. Without customer service, online shopping is better and cheaper.

I just bought a new bike today with a credit line with them that's cool but when I wanted to test drive it already had a flat. They fixed it when I took it home and started to ride my bike again I had a flat...again! I'm taking the bike back to the store tomorrow.

I went on a Saturday and the entire time we were there (three of us), no one bothered to say hi or notice us. We stopped by on our morning bike ride. We looked at bike shoes, clothes and even brushed up against an employee but apparently they only talk to potential bike buyers. Another customer came in and was shopping for shoes and I noticed the same treatment--no greeting, no offer of help, absolutely nothing. They weren't busy at all either. Once another customer came in and started showing interest in buying a bike, they immediate came to talk to him and helped him. I am all for supporting local businesses but when the one key factor, customer service and human interaction, that sets them apart from online is not even present, it's not worth it. Go buy online.
