I've bought several bikes from them, never had a complaint. Service my bikes here too and they get the job done.

Performance Bikes is closer to me, but after a couple of mediocre to bad experiences there I switched to Incycle and it's so much better. Better selection, better service. Incycle gives you a very conservative estimate of when they'll have your work done -- they've always had my bike ready a day or two early, which I appreciate. I had an annoying creaking / popping noise on a bike that I bought online and built myself. When I went into Performance, I got a lecture about how I should buy bikes from them rather than online. When I went into Incycle, someone spent many hours tracking down the issue, only charged me $40, and the creak has been totally gone ever since.

Good MTB shop. Lots of options and knowledgable staff to help you out.

Hopefully, this was just a one-time thing and not regular customer-care. We hope other patrons have experienced better.

They sell several brands but focus on Specialized and Cannondale.

Only complaint is limited parking but usually it doesn't get too crazy. There's always street parking.

I drive all the way from the valley to get my bike errands done here, even with access to other local bike stores.

Such a great bike store, whether it be for service or purchasing gear and bikes. Nice and helpful customer service.

I was very impressed by the customer service.

My husband needed some general repair on his bike and normally goes to Incycle since it's close to his work. Unfortunately, we had a really bad interaction with this shop and will no longer visit.

It's a very nice storefront (positive). My husband went in to get some general care and repair. The quote was $400, but originally started at $75 two days before (and also..the repair was told it would be done the day he first came in...and then they kept the bike for two days). This was rather extreme and inconvenient (my husband didn't expect to have his bike away for two days of inspection). We ended up going to another local bike shop (not as big or flashy). The repair ended up taking half a day and cost $20.

My husband also told me they were trying to persuade him to buy a new bike while explaining to him what kind of repair was needed (which also wasn't clear).

Thanks Incycle
