This was my 2nd time renting a storage at this location. I can say that they are always very helpful and every member of the staff that I've met has always had a pleasant smile and was eager to answer any questions. Thank you guys for making the move a lot easier....*****

Had a terrible experience. And they charge, and increase the cost every few months. Not worth the cost renting a small room. I'll advice renting at a less costly location. Terrible customer service.
Employees I've spoken with are rude. They'll either make you wait or transfer you to another person who'll present a similar attitude. After a year, they still demand an insurance. Just extra cash for their pocket. Also, I was told that you could have 1 year lease. Then they made it into a month by month police. Again, change in policy.
