Good supply of women's shoes, men's are mediocre at best.
Has a pretty decent selection of shoes, and the staff were friendly enough. I just couldn't dig the rices, especially considering there re so many online options.
Decent selection of men's shoes are available here. The current layout of the shopping center however is doing the store no favors. If you come in off the street or ground floor take the escalator up to the second floor where the merchandise is. If your on the second floor of the plaza however, you have to keep walking, go past where you'd expect the entrance to be (but isn't) keep walking to what seems like a dead end, and that's were the doors are.
Lame experience at this store------This is one of those lame self service places, (e.g. the now defunct Payless shoes stores), so beware.----I went there last week looking for some dress shoes because my friend invited me out to a play, and the dress shoes I had, unexpectedly split and cracked a week ago after 5 years of use (they were Kenneth Coles by the way. "He" makes a good shoe), so I needed some new dress shoes.. Anyhow, while shopping at this DSW, there were only two sales clerks on the floor. It was difficult to find anyone to help me, although I did get help when I finally went to the registers and waited in line to ask where the sales clerks were. Keep in mind there were about 75 people or more in the store at this time. And they only had two sales clerks on the floor. All the men's dress shoes they had were almost all the same style :/. When I finally found a dress shoe I wanted, they were the wrong color, then I found another pair of dress shoes I wanted, after compromise, and they didn't have my length size. Frustrated, I walked out. And yes, I did ask about the specifics of colors and sizes of the shoes I mentioned in this writing. They could not help me. Good luck finding your width size at stores like this. :/ The merchandise is incredibly overpriced, considering what you can get at their competitors. For instance, they might be charging $89 for a pair of shoes, when you can get similar quality and style for $69 or less elsewhere. Even the $20.00 coupon they sent me, was not enough to sway me. Call me cheap, but I really don't like spending more than $60 on dress shoes. The only time you'll need to spend more than that, is if you like or need to wear dress shoes every day. Who in the hell wants those ugly too pointy leprechaun looking dress shoes? Yuck! Those styles of dress shoes were introduced to the market a few years ago. I thought they were ugly then, and they're uglier now. Oh, I get it, that's why those shoes are there; It's a clearance store :/. The parking garage for this store gives you 90 minutes free with validation. After that it costs money. So keep that in mind. Their parking rates are pretty reasonable. By the way, I did not see any Kenneth Cole shoes here (my favorite brand) or any Bruno Marc shoes, the brand I ended up buying elsewhere. I did not see any Bruno Marc's at this DSW either.
