VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
From day 1 up to present, a quotation was done. They said they will call us back, 2 1/2 weeks passed. No calls. After finally, I spoke with Robin, but apparently, she said they had death in the family. Our sympathy, and since she said they are contracted with HERO only, but they will try with another federal finance company which we said were approved and she said it will only take 1-2 days to do so.
How unfair and unprofessional are you people. You totally wasted our time. Tsk.
To sum it up, THIS company held us up and left us standing for nothing for a total of almost 1 month. Because everytime my husband will call them, they will say, we are working on your papers.
Outstanding roofing company. Highest integrity. Gotta love Robin :)
