Dishonorable company that lacks integrity.They no longer honor to their offer regarding exchanges of cat food purchases. Since cats are finicky you are taking a chance when buying and testing a new brand. This store encouraged the purchase of 2 bags of new brands promising if the cats wont eat it I can come back and exchange for the ones I usually buy that I know the cats will eat. So, last time I bought 2 new brands which they recommended and, I was told specifically if my cats don't like them, I can bring them both back and exchange for 2 different bags. They cats did not like the food and when I returned this evening to exchange for 2 bags of food the cats like, they refused to honor their offer and only allowed me credit for one of the bags of food, not both.
This place is seriously adorable. I'm not kidding. There is a bakery for doggy treats and a pet wash with stairs for those shorter, stubbier puppy legs. The store caters to dog and cat owners, so you won't find much for your pet iguana (if you have one). The food is high quality, the amount of kitty trees is rather impressive, and if you're in Pasadena and want to adopt a cat, then you can adopt one here!
I find this extremely dishonorable. WHen a store makes an offer which I act upon, I expect them to honor the offer. This store does not!
I have spent A LOT of money here over the years and in the past they were true to their word about returning food the cats won't eat. Now their NEW policy is Horrible! Especially when they tell you specifically one thing and then change their policy mid stream.
I will find elsewhere to shop. Even shopping online is better then being
I love this place! Moved to Pasadena a few months ago and discovered this store by accident. I will only shop here from now on for my dog. Ask for Cindy, she is an expert and helped me pick the right dog foods and anti-stress remedies for my Bella. She is the best!
