Quality House Painting was contracted to paint the exterior of a large commercial building in which I lease one of the suits. The project was completed near 2 weeks ago and lasted a couple of weeks. The building is on the corner of Walnut and Hill Ave in Pasadena, CA and I'm currently renting 185 N. Hill Ave., #3. Well, I watched the crew work through their job and was pretty amazed. The team members were courteous and professional and did not cause any adversity on my day to day business. I also had the pleasure of meeting the project manager named Anthony several of times. Throughout the weeks, there were an average of 4 guys working along and minding their own task. The new colors are refreshing and significant signs of workmanship is noted throughout. Thanks to everyone on the project for delivering such a quality work and respecting the tenants in the building
Quality house painting took on a really challenging paint job on a historic home for us in Pasadena. The 1920's home had not been painted in decades, and needed a lot of "prep" work prior to painting, including sanding, caulk, power-washing, bondo, etc. Kev came out and gave me suggestions on paint color and the above prep work they would do. Each time they came to the house they had several guys, including Junior, who was very professional and also helped me pick out paint colors. (They were very patient with my paint color changes... after I saw the garage painted in my original choice I decided to change colors and luckily it wasn't too late.) Junior also pointed out a window that the workers scratched, which I thought was very honest and forthcoming. In the end, Kev, Junior, and the crew did a really exceptional job, and helped make an old house look like it is almost new. I also feel like their price was very fair for the job that was done.
Kev’s Quality Painting tackled our large home painting project with professionalism, honesty, and efficiency. The crew cleaned up after themselves everyday and went above and beyond to satisfy us. It was a pleasure working with them!
