I AM OUTRAGED, me and two friends bought tickets for IT with parent consent (my friends dad bought them) unfortunately he had to leave to go to a work event so we were left to go in the theater by ourselves. we attempted to enter and we were refused VERY rudely by multiple employees. they were condescending and unhelpful. IN FACT i have previously seen IT twice before with parents. the movie does not need to be rated R and they should allow people over 13 into the theater. i will no longer be attending archlight because of this bad experience. would give 0 stars if possible.

Interesting concept being tried by this theater in that they don't show any advertising preshow. They also have a live employee to remind you to silence your phone and show you where the emergency exits are. The seats are decent enough with wide armrests. I am giving the low rating because they serve the worst popcorn I have encountered in a long time. It is stone cold and semi stale on a weekend no less when there should be high volume. It tastes like it was commercially popped and not popped in the theater. And it is the priciest of the major theater chains. Awful.

Nice theater with reserved seats. Lots of film choices. Parking under the mall can sometimes be daunting.

A nice place to see a film. The personal greeters are a nice touch. Comfortable and convenient.

Initially a good theater experience, but turned to an awful customer service incident. After our movie ended & we walked out the lobby door, I thought I accidently dropped my card on the floor during the movie. I immediately went back inside & asked to go check to see if my card was under the seat. I was told no, I cannot & that an employee would look for me. Having thrown away my ticket on the way out of the theater, I didn't know the exact seat. I gave the row & an approximation. I asked if I can accompany the employee to show exactly where I was sitting. I was told no again & that Arclight has a "no distub policy". I noted that I just walked out so if a new showing had started it would only be the very first trailer, if that. Through this small exchange with the ticket counter, a manager butted in, rolled her eyes & abrassively told me "Arclights customers should be able to enjoy their trailers without people coming in to bother them." At that point, I realized that even if an employee was sent, they would not look for my card if the manager couldn't even conduct herself with a basic level of customer respect. I asked if she could go to the approximate location & she very rudely replies, "Sure" like I'm wasting her time, or that I'm being rude for worrying about my card. She goes into the theater, I decide to follow her in & as I turn the corner in the theater, she's merely watching the screen, making zero attempt to look for my card, as I figured would happen. So I walk past her, politely ask the person who was sitting in my seat if I could check underneath for my card, they happily oblidge & I pick up my card & thank them. On my way out, this manager says that now she's going to be written up & it's my fault since I wasn't allowed to go into the theater. However, had I allowed them to falsely search for my card, it would be there on the floor for someone else to find. So apparently, taking matters into your own hands is necessary, especially when a manager talks down to you for really no reason at all. If anything Arclight should rethink their "no disturb policy" if it's only the beginning of trailers, or promote people with base-level skills in customer service to management positions.
