We enjoyed our stay at the BW Pasadena Royale Inn and Suites. The location was perfect for exploring LA by metro rail and visiting the Huntington library and gardens. Room was very comfortable and well decorated and quiet. Hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Car parking was very convenient. Would strongly recommend this hotel to other travelers.
decent, fair for the price. hotel staff very nice. bed hard as a rock. everything else very good. very decent breakfast. homeless all over the street...but that is California, period.
Stayed two nights, nice quiet area, walking distance from a couple of restaurants. Provide complimentary breakfast with a nice selection of breakfast staples. Nice room, clean and fairly quiet
We stayed five nights and enjoyed coming back to a clean room and comfortable bed each night. The staff is friendly and on top of things. The breakfast is really good with a lot of choices. Arlene keeps it well stocked, clean and shows pride in her work.
Room was clean and well decorated. The air conditioner was a remote controlled unit. I had to google the manual to figure it out. The breakfast was great!! The server was super nice and very helpful. The pool was decent, but the jacuzzi needs a good cleaning. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
