I have never had the same workout. Since our area we exercise in is inside the Rose Bowl, (which is a spectacular place to be) we are able to utilize so much of the stadium. Some days we are out on the field, which is incredible experience, and some days in the bleachers. The variety of weight and strength training coupled with cardio, abs, and of course running the stairs makes it challenging and fun.

One of the many benefits I have received from attending Stadium Fitness is making such awesome friends. Working out at the gym was such a lonely experience for me, and it has been just the opposite here. It's a family-type atmosphere, and I know I have life long friends.

Thank you Jodie, David, AB, Peter, Nikki, plus all of the other students for making this the best workout and fitness experience ever!

In addition to the physical benefits of Stadium Fitness, I have also enjoyed the social benefits. I go to the 6 AM class three days a week and the group waiting for me is what gets me out of bed. The coaches and the other members make working out fun and makes the time fly by. The owners David and Jodie even organize group happy hours so we can all get to know each other better. It is the best, I plan on continuing my membership as long as I can.

I used to belong to a gym, and would find myself leaving after about 30 minutes from sheer boredom and lack of motivation. This has never been the case with Stadium Fitness.

I used to do all my working out at a gym. I was pretty consistent but always dreaded going- getting bored with the same old stuff and tired of figuring out new routines. But then I joined Stadium Fitness and that changed everything. The workouts are challenging and always different-- keeping working out interesting. The group you are working out with is always there, waiting for you making it feel more like a community than a workout class and giving you the extra push to wake up in the morning to workout. The coaches are wonderful- they push you and motivate you, all while challenging you. There are people from all fitness levels and the coaches do a great job of varying the workouts to make sure every person gets what they need. I have been working out with Stadium Fitness for a year and a half and I have never felt as strong as I do now!

Plus, you get to run inside the the iconic Rose Bowl-- both the stairs and the field, and nothing can beat that!

From my very first day I was welcomed with open arms. The owners/ coaches, Jodie and David, who also workout with us, are simply amazing people. They, along with the other coaches make the hour long class fun to come to, even though I know I'm going to get a butt whooping. I was never a runner before starting Stadium Fitness, but I could slay the stairmaster at the gym. Well, the workout at SF both humbled and motivated me. It's an exercise at your own pace class, and it isn't a competition between the other students who have varying levels of fitness, so that was a huge relief, since I could barely run. Now with the help of Stadium Fitness, I can run races. I regularly run 5K and 10K's, and am working towards a half marathon. I would have never dreamed I could have attained this level of fitness.

I love Stadium Fitness! I have been going for a year and half and I have never done the same workout twice. The coaches are a perfect balance force and ease. They encourage you to push your limits and get the most of your work out but they make sure you listen to your body and take it easy when you should. Since working out at Stadium Fitness I have seen a huge improvement in my strength and endurance. My legs have seen the biggest improvement, running up the stairs of the famous Rose Bowl is no joke, I have toned up so much since I started.
