They cheated us out of a lot of money
They say they are going to do things for you but they never followed through. Coffe was provided but only 30 cups for over 150 people,extra chairs had been requested but never been put out family members had to stand, the day of the viewing they actually asked other family members to pay for a bill that we believe was another mistake of the manager. The bill was paid in full how do get billed a secins bill on the day you are suppost to be mourning your love one.The most horrible thing is not having the flowers delivered to the cemetary and everyone asking were they are. They still did not deliver them In stead the son of the deceased had to go out of their way to puck them up. Well I guess the sane is ture you get what you pay for. LAM
DO NOT USE : Too many complaints one mistake after mistakes. I don't know how they stay in business.
La peor funeraria, me entregaron a mi esposa tres dias despues de lo acordado, me pidieron su maquillaje de ella arreglarmela bien y simplemente no usaron su maquillaje y hasta paresia otra persona mi esposa.. Nunca se les ocurra tomar los servisios de esta funeraria Avalon. El nombre de la mujer que fue ala casa a tratar con nosotros creo que se llama cinthia. Aparte estando la familia en la iglesia resandole no quiso que abrieramos su caja para estar con ella como lo deseabamos. Ojala y sierren este lugar.
My experience at this funeral home was excellent. The staff listened to us and worked out a great package to meet our needs. The services were memorable. They also have very reasonable prices. My family and I had a wonderful experience. We highly recommend this funeral home.
